1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
1.2 Shipping Methods & Carriers
All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination and shipping speed selected at checkout.
1.3 Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
1.4 Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method. Free shipping may apply for qualifying orders as advertised on the Site.
1.5 Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Please note that delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.

We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and in resellable condition.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
For sanitary and health reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened packs of adult diapers or hygiene products
- Used personal care items
- Clearance or final sale products
2.3 Return Process

- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Once approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
2.4 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
2.5 Restocking Fee
No restocking fee is charged for eligible returns.
3. Refund Policy
